I’ve got a secret…to attract abundance, the value of believing in yourself is not only critical to your success in anything you pursue, it’s everything!

Being true to yourself is absolutely fundamental and key if you really want to forge forward and attract abundance. Make no mistake, those who know that to believe in yourself is success itself will be the ones to profit.

But heed this, the value of believing in yourself is not just a hype yourself up, five minute activity that you do only once and think  “OK. I’m glad that’s done, now I’ll be empowered for life!” It’s actually a habit that you need to embed deep into your very being by cultivating and growing yourself on a daily basis.

Engage in empowering activities throughout the day such that will enable you to grow as an entrepreneur and as a unique human being as well. As you take this holistic approach and implement it into your life, your self esteem and therefore your deep seated beliefs in yourself will expand and eventually be a beacon for those to follow.

You may have already come across the term ‘Value’ already but let me break it down for you into easily digestible pieces and then you’ll come to realize just how simplistic it is in order to attract abundance into your life.

Firstly, you ALREADY have value. You have certain skills, abilities, knowledge and philosophies that are immediately there residing within yourself that have the potential to help countless amounts of people it’s a joke.

This is important to be aware of because you are constantly vibrating and sending out signals to anyone and everyone that you come across whether it be your emails, your articles, your videos…you are always and I mean ALWAYS displaying to people how much worth you have to offer them.

If you don’t focus on becoming what people want, it’s unlikely success will follow so let’s get this down.

That’s what leaders do and it’s just a matter of taking the first step and looking in the mirror as if to say “I am valuable and I have value to give.”

Unfortunately, through time and conditioning we seem to have forgotten just how powerful we are and what abilities reside within us to attract abundance. All it takes a realization that we do have precedence over our lives and in order to tap into that power you have to believe in yourself…period.

I know for most people that are reading this, they have actually decided to be wealthy or to be successful in some way. Unfortunately, most of you will experience a phenomenon called ‘Hysteresis’ which is pronounced hiss-ter-EE-sis.

Technically, this is a term used to describe the tendency for material to snap back into their original shape after some force has been applied. For example, when you heat a piece of steel it expands. Stop applying the heat and the steel returns to its original condition as it cool. Hysteresis has  taken place.

Why am I teaching this to you? Am I teaching shop? Look at it this way, what I described above happens to people too. Sure, you want to be a millionaire and for a short while you may even discipline yourself to to the daily tasks that are required to walk that path. Changing habits is key when you want to unlock the doors to freedom.

Sadly, your internal and subconscious mind ‘remembers’ where it was before and it’s not too long before you return to the place that was more familiar to you. Human hysteresis occurs when this takes place and unfortunately for most, this happens often.

To create a PERMANENT change within a material or person, a force must be applied that is strong enough to exceed the limits of the object or the limiting beliefs and old conditioning of the individual.

If there is anything I want to teach, it would be how to create the nutrition and wellness necessary to grow your business. More specifically, putting your biochemistries back into balance and giving your body true inner energy to that you can gain massive results in your business.

By now you’re saying”‘Oh come on Vincent, I want a business program. Not some airy-fairy story about health.” Well, stop right there and allow me to put it into perspective for you.

When you have the health and pure inner energy you’ll be able to:

If you’re running a business then you have to physically FEEL good to  be on the phone, sitting in front of your computer…whatever tasks you’re undertaking at the time.

To tap into this source properly, then here’s the MOST important…rest. In other words you need to recover. Sleep is an element that can’t be overlooked because your body requires it. Without sleep, your body cannot replenish itself and if you skimp on this, then it’ll catch up on you. So instead of fighting your body, give it the time to rejuvenate and ideally get between six to eight hours sleep per day.

Rest also is equally as important. When we were babies, we were geared to rest in the daytime so why fight it now? Even as adults we still need to break away from work and just rest while you’re awake. Read a book, eat a healthy snack, listen to music…get some chill out time!

Finally, get good nutrition and exercise. Man, this is one of THE most important yet mostly overlooked health and wellness tips out there! Your dietary intake should consist of more fruits, vegetables and some meats as well as drinking at least two liters of water per day. Keep processed foods down to a minimum.

As you’ll learn in the nutrition and wellness training video above, increasing the alkaline in your body and decreasing the consumption of acids is so key when it comes to RADICALLY exploding your pure  inner energy levels in your biochemistry.

If it isn’t possible, I’m just going to assume you may be in a network marketing company that is delivering you some kind of health supplement that is giving you the nutrition you require on a daily basis or you’re taking some kind of multi-vitamin purchased from a drug store.

Combine that with 30 minutes or more of vigorous exercise per day and you’re well on your way to being constantly linked up to pure, physical energy.

Get the energy to succeed in home business by cleansing, talking control of your emotions and feeding your body with the right ‘fuel’ and you’ll be able to produce results far beyond what you’re doing now…and that’s a fact.

2. Put a percentage into a ‘High Return Area’. These are areas of investments that typically reap 15-25% on your investments annually. Of course, always study and know what you’re investing in whether it be stocks, real estate, business or the internet. If you do this, the chances of winning are high as are the chances are losing. Either way, you’re going to be protected in the ‘Security Area’ and you’ll earn money quickly here.
3. Finally, put aside a percentage into a ‘Dream Area’ which is exactly that. As you’re climbing the mountain to financial freedom, why not have fun while you’re doing it? It could be the purchase of a dream car, house, vacation, furniture, a seminar. Whatever it is, always enjoy the process of creating wealth.
4. Here’s the kicker. As you’re building what I’d like to call your ‘Asset Allocation’ which are the first three steps that you see above, when you win in the ‘High Return Area’ you can divide that profit and evenly distribute  that cashflow into your ‘Security Area’, ‘High Return Area’ and your ‘Dream Area.’ In that way, you’re always compounding, always growing and always living the life of your dreams as you travel the highway of financial success!

That’s the juice of this and what’s more, it’s so much fun once you get into it and again you’ll have advantages over 99% of people in this industry because they just don’t get it…and you DO!

You need to center yourself upon proven and time tested laws that have shown that they have worked for a number of highly successful people who are succeeding at the highest levels. ‘Believe and achieve’ principles such as self growth, contributing, self leadership, personal vision and interdependency that will shift your current paradigm into the light.

Home business owners can sometimes let their emotions get the better of them and this is detrimental for several reasons.

Emotional intelligence alone will create MASSIVE changes within your business but if you’re allowing your emotions control you then it’s time to stop the pain.

People are naturally driven by their emotions, but when someone lets their emotions effect home business decisions, they can often times experience failure.

I’m now going to hand over to you the exact formula I use to change my emotions and thought patterns at a lightning like speed. It may seem a little cumbersome at first, but anything is. Practicing something new takes time and practice. By the way, I hate that word ‘practice’ because it implies that you’re not good at something. I’d rather say “Go do it.”

Remember, ANY successful person started out this way and that’s why they’re so good at what they do simply due to the fact that they understand that repetition is the mother of all skill. So take in my formula of mastering your emotions while soaking up this emotional intelligence training, use it again and again and you WILL get good at it, I promise. So here’s what it is:

1. Identify what the emotion is. Get right down to the core emotion whether it be a feeling of hurt, overwhelm and the like. Really define what the emotion is so you are better prepared for the following action steps.
2. Get incredibly curious about what the emotion’s offering you. Sure, this sounds a little weird but have you ever wondered why kids are so darn happy? They’re curious about EVERYTHING and you have to do the same! Most people just react to their emotions and so they’re not in control. You at least will react in total wonder and in turn be ready for the next step and that’s…
3. Appreciate the message the feeling is giving to you. Instead of wallowing in that negative emotion, think to yourself “Hey, what else could this mean?” In other words, a lot of your negative emotions are; in fact, a call to action, whatever that action may be. For example, the emotion of being afraid or even nervous is sending you a message that you’d better prepare for something that’s coming up in the near future otherwise it’s going to cost you in some form and so it’s time to take steps to diffuse that…
4. Replace that old emotion with a new, empowering one. How do you do that? You DECIDE. Decide in its original Latin root form means ‘to cut off from’ which means you cut off from any other possibility and go for it full tilt man! Decide which emotion you want out of that situation and decide which behavior or procedure is appropriate for that particular situation.
5. Finally, take MASSIVE action. Implement your new empowering emotion, behavior and procedure and you’ll come out of that moment a lot better off had you allowed that negative emotion take over based on your old patterns of programming. Not only that, your confidence will increase as a result of knowing that this actually works and it won’t be long before you have full mastery over your emotions.

This will make you a very POWERFUL entrepreneur and you’ll be able to reintegrate yourself time and time again making you unstoppable when it comes to people and situations in your business and in your life!

Whew! I’ve dumped a lot on your brain for now but please hear me out on this. You deserve the best of the best coaching from me and I’m not going to hold back on anything. This stuff works and like I said before, it WILL be like riding a bike for the first time.

But you’re going to get good at this and if you need to go over this information again in this  emotional intelligence training to fully crystallize it into your mindset, then by all means…do it. Repetition is the mother of all skill and once you truly master yourself, you’ll be unstoppable.
