You touch on some very good points in this video and it is absolutely true that the words you impress upon your subconscious will change your life forever once you really start to take hold of what you are saying.
We as humans are very good at finding ways to accomplish our goals and by affirming to yourself that you can do it, only makes the process happen that much faster.
