If you don’t have empowering habits and time management in place at the very beginning then you’re going to go suffer in the long run.

Why? Because in home business it’s very competitive and if the person next to you is producing more then it’s likely you won’t be as successful as them.

I know for most people that are reading this, they have actually decided to be wealthy or to be successful in some way. Unfortunately, most of you will experience a phenomenon called ‘Hysteresis’ which is pronounced hiss-ter-EE-sis.

Technically, this is a term used to describe the tendency for material to snap back into their original shape after some force has been applied. For example, when you heat a piece of steel it expands. Stop applying the heat and the steel returns to its original condition as it cool. Hysteresis has  taken place.

Why am I teaching this to you? Am I teaching shop? Look at it this way, what I described above happens to people too. Sure, you want to be a millionaire and for a short while you may even discipline yourself to to the daily tasks that are required to walk that path. Changing habits is key when you want to unlock the doors to freedom.

Sadly, your internal and subconscious mind ‘remembers’ where it was before and it’s not too long before you return to the place that was more familiar to you. Human hysteresis occurs when this takes place and unfortunately for most, this happens often.

To create a PERMANENT change within a material or person, a force must be applied that is strong enough to exceed the limits of the object or the limiting beliefs and old conditioning of the individual.

Trust me on this one, while everyone else is out there using old methods of ‘time management’ and ‘daily planners’ you will be ten steps ahead because finally you realize that managing time is not the answer. Time is changeless and therefore to try and manipulate time is fruitless to say the least.

The new generation of leaders realize that managing YOURSELF is much more effective than managing time itself. If you can truly master yourself and know that changing habits that are paralyzing you is critical to your success, time will move with you almost effortlessly as opposed to going against you.

Home business owners can sometimes let their emotions get the better of them and this is detrimental for several reasons.

Emotional intelligence alone will create MASSIVE changes within your business but if you’re allowing your emotions control you then it’s time to stop the pain.

Click on the ‘Play’ icon above and honestly check out what I will expose you to in this emotional intelligence training when it comes to real emotional control and how in all actuality our feelings are based upon the way we react to the challenging events in our businesses and in our lives.

People are naturally driven by their emotions, but when someone lets their emotions effect home business decisions, they can often times experience failure.

I’m now going to hand over to you the exact formula I use to change my emotions and thought patterns at a lightning like speed. It may seem a little cumbersome at first, but anything is. Practicing something new takes time and practice. By the way, I hate that word ‘practice’ because it implies that you’re not good at something. I’d rather say “Go do it.”

Remember, ANY successful person started out this way and that’s why they’re so good at what they do simply due to the fact that they understand that repetition is the mother of all skill. So take in my formula of mastering your emotions while soaking up this emotional intelligence training, use it again and again and you WILL get good at it, I promise. So here’s what it is:

1. Identify what the emotion is. Get right down to the core emotion whether it be a feeling of hurt, overwhelm and the like. Really define what the emotion is so you are better prepared for the following action steps.
2. Get incredibly curious about what the emotion’s offering you. Sure, this sounds a little weird but have you ever wondered why kids are so darn happy? They’re curious about EVERYTHING and you have to do the same! Most people just react to their emotions and so they’re not in control. You at least will react in total wonder and in turn be ready for the next step and that’s…
3. Appreciate the message the feeling is giving to you. Instead of wallowing in that negative emotion, think to yourself “Hey, what else could this mean?” In other words, a lot of your negative emotions are; in fact, a call to action, whatever that action may be. For example, the emotion of being afraid or even nervous is sending you a message that you’d better prepare for something that’s coming up in the near future otherwise it’s going to cost you in some form and so it’s time to take steps to diffuse that…
4. Replace that old emotion with a new, empowering one. How do you do that? You DECIDE. Decide in its original Latin root form means ‘to cut off from’ which means you cut off from any other possibility and go for it full tilt man! Decide which emotion you want out of that situation and decide which behavior or procedure is appropriate for that particular situation.
5. Finally, take MASSIVE action. Implement your new empowering emotion, behavior and procedure and you’ll come out of that moment a lot better off had you allowed that negative emotion take over based on your old patterns of programming. Not only that, your confidence will increase as a result of knowing that this actually works and it won’t be long before you have full mastery over your emotions.

This will make you a very POWERFUL entrepreneur and you’ll be able to reintegrate yourself time and time again making you unstoppable when it comes to people and situations in your business and in your life!

Whew! I’ve dumped a lot on your brain for now but please hear me out on this. You deserve the best of the best coaching from me and I’m not going to hold back on anything. This stuff works and like I said before, it WILL be like riding a bike for the first time.

But you’re going to get good at this and if you need to go over this information again in this  emotional intelligence training to fully crystallize it into your mindset, then by all means…do it. Repetition is the mother of all skill and once you truly master yourself, you’ll be unstoppable.

If you can gain full control over your emotions your prospects and potential partners will find you irresistible because you’ll radiate the right type of confidence and they’ll see you as the person who can teach them to do the same.

Trust me; no one is going to join someone who is just as afraid and unsure of themselves as they are.

People are looking to be led by those who not only are mentors and teachers in the area of marketing and mindset, but also in the area of emotional awareness as well so it might as well be you and that is why mastering this area is so MASSIVELY critical to your success.
