Here’s the step by step formula on achieving financial control in a process called ‘Asset Allocation’ no matter what your situation:

1. Put a percentage in to what I like to call your ‘Security Area.’ In other words, save a percentage NOW that you can put into safer investments such as money market accounts and the like. Basically in areas that reap an 8-10% return on your investment annually. From here YOU DON’T TOUCH THIS MONEY. Use the POWER of compounding and you’ll see MOUNTAINS showing up on your statements five years from now and beyond.
2. Put a percentage into a ‘High Return Area’. These are areas of investments that typically reap 15-25% on your investments annually. Of course, always study and know what you’re investing in whether it be stocks, real estate, business or the internet. If you do this, the chances of winning are high as are the chances are losing. Either way, you’re going to be protected in the ‘Security Area’ and you’ll earn money quickly here.
3. Finally, put aside a percentage into a ‘Dream Area’ which is exactly that. As you’re climbing the mountain to financial freedom, why not have fun while you’re doing it? It could be the purchase of a dream car, house, vacation, furniture, a seminar. Whatever it is, always enjoy the process of creating wealth.
4. Here’s the kicker. As you’re building what I’d like to call your ‘Asset Allocation’ which are the first three steps that you see above, when you win in the ‘High Return Area’ you can divide that profit and evenly distribute  that cashflow into your ‘Security Area’, ‘High Return Area’ and your ‘Dream Area.’ In that way, you’re always compounding, always growing and always living the life of your dreams as you travel the highway of financial success!
